Hello there!
I am wondering if anyone has this info, or know where I can find it-- for the HCPCS code H0002 how can I find the daily/ yearly billing guidelines and the requirements for billing? I have spent hours searching and cannot find any clear info on how many times it can be billed or what the actual documentation requirements are for our providers.
