I've recently been posed the question if 99211 and H0020 orH0033 can billed in the same encounter. I've looked around a lot and all I have found that they can if the issue being addressed by 99211 is separate and distinct from what is addressed in H0020/H0033. I wanted to see if anyone knew of a clear guideline for reference.
