I know that HCPCs H1000 and H1001 ae specific to the Medicaid LOB. If they are not excluded from a company's billing guidelines for OB am I able to bill it for a commercial member? Is it written anywhere that we are not to bill these codes for Commercial members? If so where could I find it?
