Good Afternoon All,

We are needing to bill for the the administration of the H1N1 vaccine administered to a child. The child came on two separate visits to receive the first half and then then second half of the vaccine. The whole vacine wasnt administered during the same visit.

Would we bill the 90470 + the 90663 ($0.00) for each visit?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Amanda

The insurance will actually look at the child age and pay half the regular rate for the admin for each visit. So just bill it the same way for both visits.
