Major payers - Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, United have released their guidelines on H1N1 vaccine, which have been discussed in this forum. Will these payers guidelines be same for all states or state level payers can have their own specific guidelines.
 
I just left employment with CIGNA as a provider rep and I can tell you that for that particular company, it is a national decision. I would assume that the other commercial carriers are the same though.
