I'm new to Behavioral Health, and was asked for help for a huge number of claim denials by Amerigroup Medicaid of Washington.
Both H2036 & H0018 billed on CMS-1500 even this is a residential billing, H0018 is paid but H2036 is denied, is it because these 2 codes are bundled? Do we need to bill H0018 with a revenue code such as 1001 or 1002?
