Wiki Halo adjustment under anesthesia

Normally the adjustments are done int he office, and I know they are not billable (just factored into the E & M level),but I have a patient that was admitted to the hospital, and the halo adjustment was done in the OR under anesthesia. Is there any way to bill for this, or would it just be unlisted or not billable at all?
