I have a hand surgeon that wants to bill 26011 x2 for this abscess drainage.

Can he bill it twice if he makes 2 incisions?

"Deep incision and drainage of the left thumb was performed on the volar and dorsal aspects of the thumb with a scalpel in the subfascial region."
