Hello all,
New one for me :-)

Rt T11 to L1 hardware block w/ fluoro
Lt T11 to L1 hardware block w/ fluoro
Dx: Thoracolumbar myofascial pain and T11 to L1 instrumentation and fusion
Op note reads:

Using biplanar fluoro visualization, a 25-gauge needle was advanced to the superior margin of the hardware at the right T11 level. Next 2cc of 1% preservative free lidocaine was injected. Upon touching hardware and confirming that the needle was in the proper position, an injection of 0.5 cc of Ominpaque 240 was then performed which revealed extension of contrast along the hardware. This was followed by an injection of 0.5% preservative free bupivacaine. A total of 6cc of 0.5% preservative free bupivacaine was injected from the T11 to the L1 level along the hardware, immediately adjacent to the hardware. Additional contrast was injected with advancement of the needle to confirm extension of contrast along the hardware.

The same technique was performed for the left T11 to L1 hardware blocks.

I thinking unlisted 64999 but what to compare to and would you also include fluoro?

Thanks for any help :D
