Hello,

I have a question about Podiatry. I have an op note stating that the pt had continual pain after having a bunionectomy with hardware inserted. The pt returns to have the hardware removed. The dr also did a simple bunionectomy at the time of the hardware removal. Can I charge for the removal of the hardware and the bunionectomy? How should I charge?
