Hey everyone,

I have been looking for the code for this one with no luck.

Pt. came into the clinic for a hospital follow- up for a traumatic transection of UPJ. IR drained fluid out of the retroperitoneal in the hospital. Now the pt. came in and this is what the doctor documented.

Irrigated Lt CT guided pigtail drain with 50 cc sterile water and taught father to do the same.

Can anyone help me with this CPT.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
