Is anyone willing to share their productivity standards for HCC outpatient coding?

The dx codes selected must match provider's documentation for the day of treatment. If outpt. claims do 70 a day, inpatient claim 40 a day . In conjunction with this the medical coder must be aware of adding chronic conditions, T.O.A.D data, and Forever Disease if it applies. Excludes 1 and 2 rules need to be known and use of modifiers plus properly assign Z dx codes. Also, the standard national coding convention per medical specialty.
