We have come across Anthem wanting us to add a HCPC code to our Rev codes 272 and 271 for our IV start kits and Cath IV 20 short. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to use for a HCPC code? Or would you utilize a blanket code like A4649? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
