I have a pt. that was given Bactroban and area was covered with gauze. I have the HCPC code for the gauze (A6216). I'm trying to find a HCPC code for the Bactroban. Haven't had any luck so far. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.

Usually oinments and/or gauze are not billed separately. They are bundled with a procedure or an office visit. I would check with the carrier's policy first.
