It is my understanding that Medicare does not cover the billing of J9190 without the billing of a solis pump E7081. Is this the general consensus with Medicare replacement plans as well? I have some patients converting to Medicare replacement plans that are currently receiving J9190 chemotherapy with a medball A4306.
