Hi,
Can anyone direct me to where I can find the allowable amounts for HCPC codes... specifically A9500?

also,

HCPC code J0970 is not longer valid, as of 01/01/2011... there is no cross reference code given... what do I use for this code?

HCPCS codes: allowables

I didn't see a cross-reference for J0970 either. You may want to try calling the manufacturer. They should know how to bill it. Maybe you can bill it with the NDC.

Regarding allowables, your Medicare payer should have these on their website. There are usually fee schedules listed.
