I understand this is for in office or outpatient... would this include Home Visits? I'm thinking yes.... I have a tendency to over think.

G2211 can only be billed for CPT E/Ms 99202 - 99215. Home visits have their own set of E/M codes, so no, this does not include home visits.

I did see that add on G2211 is only for office E/M. Home visits and Assisted Living visits do not allow the add on codes. Odd.
