I am very very new at family practice billing and am looking for a cross reference for icd and hcpcs. I want to be sure i am putting the correct dx code with the drug. What possible dx's will go with j0696?
 
J0696 "rocephin" is used for general infections, such as UTI's, LRI's skin infections,ect.. Of course these are examples, what your physicians dictates is the Dx you would use. Hope this helps :)
