HCPCS code for a MAD Syringe

Can anyone help point me in the right direction of the proper code for a MAD Syringe. A4210? Patient was dx with MRSA+ CRS. We sent him home with a MAD Syringe, Kenalog, and Decadron and Bactroban Cream.
