Can anyone advise on the most appropriate HCPCS code for Impacto Full Finger gloves for wheelchair use? Patterson (becoming Performance Health) has L3999, upper limb orthotic, not otherwise specified, in their system. They advised, though, that with the changeover they are removing the HCPCS codes from the associated items to dissociate themselves from the coding aspect. Wheelchair gloves do not appear to fit other available options for gloves (dialysis, nonsterile per 100, sterile per pair). Thanks.
