We paid a vendor to do repairs to a client's wheelchair and now need to bill out to the funder. We used to use E1340 which has been deleted. The crosswalk says K0739 or K0740 are the replacement codes, but they are only to be used by DME Regional Carriers. This is being billed to a non-CMS funder. Does anyone have any suggestions?
