Wiki HCPCS Index includes deleted codes???

Hello all. Can anyone tell me why I'm finding deleted codes in the HCPCS index? For example, I'm looking at the CMS HCPCS 2020 Index online for CPAP devices and half of the listed codes are deleted codes (K0185, E0452). Am I looking at an incorrect index? As an experiment I looked at a few other random codes and several of them are deleted codes. I'm perplexed.
