I work for a Reproductive Endocrinologist, and we treat infertility, doing IUI's and IVF's. I have just come across the HCPCS code sets and am wondering in what instances would we be using these? We have never billed out a HCPCS when we bill and IUI/IVF and I am noticing that there are quite a few. Any other Infertility billers out there?
