At this strength, if the patient received 1 ml, then the dosage given would be 40 mg (4 units of J3301), but if they received 10 ml, then the dosage would be 400 mg (40 units). If all you have in the documentation is '400 mg per 10 ml', then you would need to query the provider and find out the actual amount administered.
