Hi, I'm trying to get info. on HCPCS modifiers KG, KK, KT, and KU effective 7-1-07. These modifiers will be used in conjunction with the CMS competitive bidding program. I have their definitions but am looking to get info. on how they will be applied. Any info. at all would be appreciated as I have not been able to find much. Thanks again for any and all help.
