I am currently billing in an Urgent Care setting. We are having some issues with billing
Medicare for A4615 (nasal cannula) and with A4314 (insertion tray, foley cath).
We have attempted to bill Medicare & DME for the nasal cannula and neither have paid.
We only billed Medare for the A4314.

Would someone please advise.
