Does anyone have great information about when you should use the HE modifier showing that the procedure is associated with a program specifically designed to provider mental health services? I have someone telling me to add it on to an Emergency department visit (99281-99285) but I do not show it's applicable. Does anyone have any info on when/where to use it?
