Wiki head injury code for inpatient skilled unit stay

Patient was in MVA and had head injury with loss of consciousness at the scene.
Comes to skilled unit with fractures and documentation with head injury
with loss of consciousness.

Have coded the fractures. Not sure how to code the head injury for SNF as
there is no real treatment for head injury at this point.

Should I go with S069x9, unspecified intracranial injury with loss of consciousness,
with D for subsequent or
Z87820 personal history of traumatic brain injury?

Am leaning toward S069x9, but would like other opinions.
