Need some advice please. Pt has been seen for an extended period of time in our wound clinic for a decubitus ulcer. When pt evaluated on follow up visit, ulcer is healed. Is it appropriate to continue to use the ulcer code for the visit or should we code using a V-code for follow up since pt's ulcer is completely healed and no other problems.
