The clinic I work for is wanting to add Health Coach and Nutritional Therapy services. We had a Health Coach and a Registared Dietatian in the past, but Insurances would not pay for the service. How are these services billed and has anyone gotten paid?

You're not going to get paid if these aren't licensed professionals contracted with your insurance companies. Most health insurance plans have their own "health coaches"; I doubt they would pay someone else for the same service they are already providing.
