I need to find a health insurance provider for my employees and maybe some other benefits too. I came across Taylor Benefits Insurance Agency, but I want to know if anyone has worked with them or if you’ve got any other recommendations. Thanks in advance!

Agencies are brokers..... they may charge you a commission for managing your policies, but you can carve out this third party and do it yourself. If you need only health insurance, go right to the payers and engage them in a bidding process. Other types of insurance, such as workers' comp or disability are often available through healthcare insurance companies, but some carriers (like Prudential) cover comp and disability but not healthcare coverage. You can often get a premium reduction if you bundle all of your policies under the same company.

The advantage of a broker is when you have a catastrophic claim, they can act on your behalf, but I've had pretty good success dealing with the payers myself (mostly because as a coder, I know the language and their tactics!)
