Wiki HealthNet paying 88305 but not 88342

We are a gastro office that has our own path lab that processes the specimens for the procedures that were done at our ASC. So, we bill out our pathology chrges with POS 11.

We have had multiple claims sent to Heath Net pay for the 88305 portion, but then denies the 88342 for POS. We have appealed with our CLIA but still gets denied. I was just wondering if anyone else has come across this and have successfully gotten paid?
