CPTs that were reported. Are these correct?

Insurance is stating the 76937 is missing primary code.

76937 is not billable with Heart Cath codes.
IFR is coded as 93571-52, & 93572-52 with appropriate anatomical modifiers (must add -26 for pro fee coding)
93458-26,59 (Make sure doc supports)
92928-RI
