Need help with coding NYHA stage 3 heart failure. The patient was also dx with chronic systolic CHF (I50.22). The ICD 10 coding manual makes mention of the NYHA stages, but no other information. Is there a code for the NYHA stage 3 heart failure, possibly "other heart failure" (150.89? Thank you for your help.
