Hi!
I was at a doctor's office reviewing charts today and because they were told by an insurance company a few years back that when they bill for HRV it should be coded under somatosensory testing. They now have the insurance company thinking that they patients have Multiple Sclerosis! Does anyone know the correct coding for Holter Moniter Recording results with heart rate variabilty included?
