Can someone tell me what Hedis Measures

Adult Access to Primary Care Means?

Humana is requesting this on a 70 yr old patient.

Any help is appreciated..
 
They are looking for any ambulatory visit the member has had within the measurement period. The visit can be with a PCP, Specialist etc. Inpatient visits are not included.
