Hello everyone!!!!Can anyone please give me any advice,info,or help on how to abstract charts..I have no problem finding the correct codes.But trying to figure out what I'm supposed to code, and for which department and how is frustrating.I haven't had a great teacher and I won't graduate if I cannot get the hang of this bc,I'm doing my externship online and I'm afraid I'm not going to pass. If I give an example ,could someone be willing to go through it step by step and what you would do first??? Please Help!!!! Thanks....
