Would greatly appreciate some feed back for cpt codes for the following:
Patient has radiocephalic fistula. Brachial artery was punctured, catheter was placed and an a brachial arteriogram was performed. This showed stenosis immediately beyond the anastomosis at the wrist. Next the fistula was punctured in retrograde fashion and the stenosis was crossed with a wire and then a balloon and the stenosis was dilated. Completion arteriogram showed patent fistula.
