I AM BILLING CODE GO245 AND IT IS DENYING AND A 99203 CAN THESE BE BILLED TOGETHER WITH MAYBE A 59 ON GO245 IT IS SEPERATE THAN THE OFFICE VISIT
I USED DIFFERENT DX ON 99203.

ALSO I AM BILLING 93922 WITH DX IF 440.20 AND 681.10 AND IT IS BEING DENIED FOR INFORMATION FURNISHED DOESN'T SUBSTANIATE THE NEED FOR THIS SERVICE. I AM NOT USING MODIFIERS.
IF SOMEONE COULD HELP I WOULD APPRECIATE IT.:confused:

On the G0245 with the 99203 you will need a modifier -25 on the 99203 but you will also be sure you are not counting the same examination points for both codes. Each would have to meet the criteria for the code and show the documentation as seperate exams.
