HELP... Billing for GP services in a Behavioral Health Center

Hello. I am trying to find out on Medicaid for IN if a Behavioral Health Center can bill for a GP's medical exams/services and get paid for it. The Physician would be employed with the Center. I cannot find anything on Medicaid or Medicare on this. Thank you in advance for any help, advice, or direction to look.
