pt came in w/ migraine headaches and was givin 15 milligrams of toradol IM rt thight and 25 milligrams of benadryl IM lt thigh.

how would I bill for this and would I bill the admin code twice?
 
Administrations

If you give two different injections (different drugs, does not include same meds split in two separate injections) then you would bill 96372 for each with mod _59 on second admit fee.
In my experience i found that if you bill 96372 twice, most of the time the insurance splits the payment between both (basically adds up to the one administration fee with maybe an extra buck).
