We have a patient that the Dr. is stating that he has as Extragonadal germ cell tumor
originating for the retroperitoneum. We have been looking for the right diagnosis but
none of us can seem to figure this one out. Must be a Monday thing!!!!! Can anyone
give some advice on this??

Based on the statement "originating from the retroperitoneum" I would code it 158.0. Without actually being able to look at all the documentation, this is my best guess.
