Hi. I need some help in billing for Rocephin. The patient's pharmacy didn't have it so the doctor gave the patient the drug and the patient had another nurse come to their home to inject it. Is it possible to code for the DRUG ONLY? If so, what would be the place of service. Their office is not a pharmacy either. I'm pretty perplexed on this one. Thanks!!
