what is the code for casting of an arm? do i need a modifier with the code? we never code for casting of an arm, so i really need some help with this one. if this helps, i work at a primary physicians office in scottsdale, az

also, the doctor marked he wants to get paid for molding the cast.

29085 is the only code i could come up with
 
will it get paid if i use 99070 (supplies and materials provided by the physician over and above those usually incldued with the office visit or other services rendered (list drugs, trays, supplies, or materials provided)
 
I would agree with the code of 29085, I believe that includes molding of the cast. We bill for fiberglass supplies with Q4022 or Q4010. Hope that helps!
