Procedure performed: Aortic valve replacement with a #27 Medtronic Hancock II porcine aortic valve bioprosthesis and coronary artery bypass grafting x 1 with a saphenous vein segment from the aorta to the diagonal artery.

I am coming up with, cpt: 33405 and 33533-59 not sure about the 33533?? please help
 
CABG using 1 vein is 33510. 33533 is used to report arterial grafts only or a combination of arterial venous grafts.

The 33510 does not bundle with the 33405 so I would use a 51 modifier.
