Hi Everyone, I am new to coding and any help on the information below would be great!


Case #1: Aortogram w/runoff
(Right) SFA Cutting balloon angioplasty
(Left) SFA Cutting balloon angioplasty

Case #2: (Right) SFA Atherectomy
(Right) SFA balloon angioplasty
(Right) External iliac balloon angioplasty

Case #3: (Right) leg Angio w/runoff
(Left) leg Angio w/runoff
(Right) Common femoral artery stent

Case #4: Abdominal aortogram (Right) leg Angio w/runoff
Balloon angioplasty of (Right) external iliac and common femoral artery

I have been trying to obtain the op reports and have been unsuccessful. Any guidance on these codes would be so appreciated.
