Help- Coding by location

I need your feedback. I am working with a device that is inserted vaginally but is used to control fecal incontinence. There are no codes for this but I am trying to figure out if the best way to code is with an unlisted vaginal code or an unlisted anal code. Any help would be appreciated.:eek:
