Help coding colonoscopy

Patient has an ileoanal anastomosis. Physician entered through the rectum and found 3 polyps which were removed via biopsy. He traversed the anastomosis and found 2 polyps in the distal ileum which were removed by snare.

Do I code this as a complete colonoscopy (45385 and 45380-59) ? Or should it be different since the patient has an altered anatomy?

As long has made to anastomosis per CPT guidelines you are correct but use XS on 45380 instead of 59.
