I am coding at a new Urgent Care Center and am consistantly seeing charts of patients who came in for dental pain, dental carries, dental abscessES and are being diagnosed as such by the physicians. CMS does not reimburse Urgent Care Services for dental diagnosis. How am I to code these encounters and get our center paid for treating these patients? Please help ASAP
