I need help coding a return to the OR for Hemovac removal the body of the op report says "The hemovac drain was identified entering the fascia and was unable to be removed 2ndary to fascial closure. Once the suture was removed from the fascial closure this loosened up the demovac drain which was subsequently removed in its entirety. Wound irrigated & closed.

What CPT code could I use for this? Thanks for your help
